About Akiyo
We are an "all-you-can-eat" restaurant, but unlike traditional buffets, we don't have a serving line; every dish is made to order to ensure freshness. You can order in smaller batches to keep the kitchen moving quickly—ordering too much at once can actually slow things down. Plus, you aren't limited to a single round of ordering; you can keep ordering throughout your meal. Think of us as a standard restaurant where you simply pay one set price!

This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Akiyo stands out for how thoughtfully they run their all-you-can-eat dinner. Instead of dumping huge piles of food on the table or having people get their own portions, they send out smaller, well-portioned plates. Nothing sits around getting cold or wasted, and you can keep ordering exactly what you’re actually in the mood for. The ordering system works really well. You mark what you want on the paper each round, and the kitchen is fast. By the time you finish one plate, the next one is usually already arriving. It creates a steady, relaxed flow rather than the typical feast-or-famine feeling at other buffets. We went through a solid mix of dishes: crispy chicken katsu with eel sauce, shrimp sushi, sweet potato sushi, crab rangoon, chicken teriyaki, steak teriyaki, hibachi chicken and steak, udon noodles, a simple plate of fresh fruit, and finished with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Everything we tried was fresh, properly cooked, and tasted good. Nothing felt like an afterthought! For $32.99 it’s a strong value, especially with the variety available and the consistent quality across both the sushi and the hibachi/teriyaki side of the menu. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this place! The sashimi was incredibly fresh and delicious. I also really liked how they make their sushi with less rice and a thick slice of fresh salmon on top. It shows they care about the quality of their food, even though it’s an ALL YOU CAN EAT restaurant. My fiancé loved the steak hibachi! The portions were a little small, though, so we ended up ordering it three times just to feel full. 😂 It was amazing the first two times, but the third order wasn’t quite as good, maybe a different chef made it. Hopefully they didn’t get tired of us ordering the same thing over and over! The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive. We definitely got our money’s worth. We did three rounds, ordering a little at a time, and by the end we were completely full. Everything tasted fresh, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the restaurant was spotless, which is something I really pay attention to when dining out. We’ll definitely be back!

Delicious! Went for lunch and for about $21 you can eat so much sushi. Really nice vibe, great service, and the sushi and apps are delicious. The tempura is crispy and the sushi is fresh. Will definitely return.

I'm so excited we have this restaurant here!! All the staff were so nice and appreciative and the food was amazing. There's so much to try and I love the idea of being able to order anything off the menu without having to worry about the price, pretty much everything is included. Top quality--this is not a buffet--the prices are amazing for what you get. They've done such a nice job with the interior as well. We're really looking forward to going back soon!!

Amazing place, would come again. Would recommend the Mango Shrimp Roll and the Rainbow Roll. and the place looks absolutely beautiful. I also got one of the nicest waiters ever, he was very understanding and kind. If you’re ever hungry, come here and munch down as much as you can. Edit: I forgot photos!!! I’ll put them up soon.
